You can customize your time, but there are common time settings, such as a 25-minute focused session and a 5-minute break session. You can simply use them for working and taking a break. You can also take a long break after 3 to 5 focused working sessions.

In your short breaks, you can stand up, walk a little bit, and take some sweets to rest your brain. In your long breaks, you can relax more. You can even take a short nap to refresh.
