1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Subscriptions & Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. If canceled, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service’s operation.
- Exceed the daily usage limits of your plan by any means.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
- All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and design, remain our property or our licensors.
- You may use the Service only for personal or business purposes consistent with these Terms.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, AND WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES IN THE CONTENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of your subscription.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
